Galaxy bud not working

Hello. My left Galaxy bud is not working (my right is fine). When I go in the app, there is an ! Over the left one. I have tried reinstalling the buds and app. The spot in app to reset is greyed out. I have tried charging it an no response on the left one. Any advice?

there is a reset button on the bud itself.
