Galaxy bud pro 3 disconnecting and changing the volume settings

Has anyone had any issue with them disconnecting from the galaxy s9 tablet and them when reprogramming them the volume is not loud and whem you change the setting it does not stay. It did it to my phone and tablet

Try turning off the seamless earbud connection setting.

You can also try resetting the earbuds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103

And resetting the network settings on the phone and tablet: Settings:General Management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (Network) settings
