So my galaxy buds 2 aren't charging and the case is fully charged but the charge isn't transferring to the earbuds, I cleaned both the case and buds, but nothing was working. The little light isn't on.
@Dovah Make sure that the 2 little pins in the case for each earbud are clean and not damaged. Make sure the 2 metal pads on each earbud are clean.
When placing the (first) left earbud in the case, the internal case light should light green. When you then place the right earbud in the case, you should see the light turn off for a second and then back to green. If you don't see this happen, the ear buds aren't making connection or something is broken.
