Galaxy buds 2 pro have echo

First off,I love these buds, I've had all except the original and these, for me after the best, that being said, the the last 2 days, several people have told me they're hearing an echo when we speak on the phone, I don't hear it, everything sounds fine, is it me or is it them? Most of my friends and family use I phones.? And of it's me, what can I do?

You may want to consider that it's not your earbuds but their connection. The next time it happens, call then back and see if it's better. If it is then it's the connection not your buds

I had newly buy buds pro 2 .

There is one problem which i am experiencing that when i call to someone the receiver heard lot of noise from the buds pro 2 other than my voice.

Can you please help me out whats's the problem?

Check for update for your buds in the settings

After an update everyone told me they heard a terrible echo, I did not, went back to best buy and the tech unpaired then repaired, not a problem since

The buds pro 2 are **bleep**. Let me explain. When i had the galaxy live earbuds (the bean shape one), there was no echoing when taking phone calls. But i traded in the bean for the galaxy pro 2 buds. Biggest mistake. When i talk to someone on the buds pro 2 there is feedback and echoing in them. I have had people calling me back because they couldn't take the echoing in the ear buds. Once they called back there was no echoing or feedback in the buds. The galaxy buds pro 2 are **bleep**. Sorry i got rid of the live earbuds. Samsung very disappointed in the product.

I have the Galaxy buds pro and used to have the buds Live but the pros are way better in sound
