Always been a samsung fan and went back to Samsung after being with Apple for 5+ years. Got the galaxy buds 3 pro along with the S25 Ultra. First time I've ever had issues with the buds series, and since its under warranty I figured it would be a straightforward thing. Ship them out and have them fixed, or they'd just say I'm crazy and ship them back. Members agent said "And please be aware that if our expert technicians found no issues on your device at all, a service charge might occur."

So if there's nothing wrong, no damage, then I can be charged? It's funny, I never really was a fan of apple but even they took better care of me when it came to these kind of issues. 

Looks like I'll just go back to apple and trade in my S25 ultra for a 16 pro max and get the airpod pros. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ
