Galaxy buds + - Left earbud Much quieter than the Right.

Ever since I got my Galaxy buds + my left earbud has slowly gotten quieter. Now, when I put my earbuds in, the left earbud is barely making any noise. I have tried cleaning them multiple times and the problem still occurs. I have also tried to reset my buds and connect to other devices, nothing is helping.  If anyone has any ideas please reply thank you.

I would love a genuine answer, but it seems to me like Samsung might have messed up somewhere. This seems to be a consistent problem. I'm seeing lots of complaints of this happening. I'm glad I have my very recent receipt. My Buds+ were awesome until the day before yesterday. This isn't cool. These buds were too expensive for this to be an issue

I have actually already sent in my Galaxy Buds + for repair, sorry for not updating. I am having another problem now, I sent my buds over 2 weeks ago, and they have not even arrived to be repaired. UPS says that they have changed the delivery address, I called Samsung about this a week ago and they said that it would all be sorted out soon, but I really need my Galaxy Buds + for work. It is looking like they will just be stuck here forever.
