Hello I'm having trouble with my Galaxy Buds+. Whenever I insert them into my ear one will disconnect. It's random which will disconnect but it's the left 90% of the time. It's not a battery issue as I've charged both fully. I tried resetting them by holding them but it happens still. I don't think my case has the case pair feature and everywhere I look online has no solution.

Galaxy BudsHello OutsodeAspect, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for one earbud to disconnect.
Try turning off the seamless earbud connection setting.
This article provides several troubleshooting steps, such as checking how the Buds are seated in your ears and making sure they are updated. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208805/
If you continue to experience the disconnects, we recommend having the Buds serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
