Galaxy buds+ call quality and noise cancellation issue

Dears, I have noticed after last update noise cancellation has been disappeared

Instead of canceling the noise it became much clearer for my call partner

My surround sound becomes very clear and loudy for my partner on the call

Since I can't use is outdoor due to its disturbance during the call

I have tried to uninstall the app and installed it again and to reset my buds with no luck

I am using it with oneplus 6 mobile phone

Please help.

Thanks

Re: Galaxy buds+ call quality and noise cancellation issue

Hello,

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Re: Galaxy buds+ call quality and noise cancellation issue

i would like to suggest that this was the first symptom i noticed after the latest system update on both fold and a20. it seemed like all of the sudden noise cancelation was not working. However, a few days later i discovered that the actual problem is that after the update, the galaxy buds microphones are not working. the phones are getting the input from the built in mic, not from the galaxy buds mic.

Maybe samsung could look into the latest system update and check if it causes that bug on some devices.
