Galaxy buds don't work!!!!

I have received this amazing device which is called note 10 plus. This comes with a watch and wireless ear buds. Now here is the problem, these amazing wireless ear buds dont work. Why? I dont know. Did I try my 100 percent to troubleshoot it, YES! Have I got any help from samsung, NO! Will I get any help..... maybe in 2025. Hello are your still there???

Hello Samsung_KxqUzOP,

 

It looks like you got a great bundle and hopefully I can help you take advantage of the Buds as I own a pair myself.  When I set-up my buds I used the galaxy wearable app. The app is great will let you know the connection, battery, and if the buds need an update. galaxy wearable.JPG

I am using the galaxy wear app. The one bud is not charging nor connecting to my phone. How do I rest it?

Hopefully, I can help you out,

 

First, try to get the case and Buds charged over 30%. now on the app

 

Select about earbuds

Then select reset earbuds

Also, check to see if your buds need an update. Let me know if that helps.

I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-occurring.

 

My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago. They should be able to give you replacement buds once this process is fulfilled.

It has been since March 30, and have not received my earbuds. This was my 2 time replacing them. Not fair. I have recommended 4 people who have purchased products from your company and this is not fair how my earbuds are taking so long to come back to me. I am very disappointed to be honest.
