Galaxy buds fe Wind noise in ambient sound mode

Hello dear samsung users. I have galaxy buds fe and it works very well. But when the ambient sound mode is on, the wind is very disturbing. What can i do about this problem?

Hello batuyed, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to experience wind noise when wearing your earbuds.

Make sure the phone, earbuds, and all apps are fully updated.

Just for reference, we will post a link to using the Active Noise Canceling for blocking the background noises. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001322/

We also recommend checking the fit of the earbuds. This link contains steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003519/

Try resetting the earbuds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

If you continue to hear the wind noise after verifying settings and checking the fit, and the reset does not help, we recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

Additionally, you can have the Buds FE evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

perhaps see nearest samsung service center or simply use ANC, i usually use ANC when wearing buds
