I called samsung to get a replacement skin cap and get a sleeve for my galaxy buds live. They created me a ticket and transferred me to samsungparts (third party). I've been on the phone for the last 2 hours. The samsung representative that created the ticket was suppose to send me an email confirmation with a ticket number, I provided her my email address three times (spelled it out). I've been transfered to ecommerce department, technical support department (back and forth). This is unacceptable!!! Asked for a manager and was told I'd be transferred to the manager.... waited another 20 mins. Wasted hours of my life before I decided to give up. Why pay these customer support reps or have them at all in the first place if this is the best they can do.
