Hi. I have a galaxy buds live paired with a note 20 ultra. The right earbuds started not working. The left ear works fine. The right ear however does not even connect. The wearables app sometimes show different charge percentages for each bud. Sometimes, it just shows the right earbud as disconnected.
I tried all the remedies I found like ensuring that both buds are put properly in the case, or disconnecting and reconnecting, rebooting my phone, etc. Nothing seemed to solve the problem.
Sometimes however, for a few minutes, the right bud works fine. But it disconnects again after I keep the buds in the case for a brief while. Help!
I'm having the same issue with my left bud, I have disconnected the earbuds, uninstalled the app, downloaded again; also the animation doesn't work either.
