Galaxy buds plus Problem

So for the past week ish my right galaxy buds volume is low. Like when the volume is max it sounds like it little under half ish. I look and basically tried everything. Can someone help me out with my problem, it will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have seen lots of people have problems with their live buds. You may just need to contact Samsung. There isn't any troubleshooting that will help with that.

Turn on ambient sound and put dem on "dynamic" and den volume up

is their a wax build up? I heard this can be a problem if the 👂 🙉 have lots of wax

Same problem with my buds plus. The left one is super low, but both seem to be not as quite as loud as they were before the update. Have you received a fix for this issue?
