JUMP TO SOLUTION

If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, or Gear IconX earbuds have no, low, or poor sound quality during a call or while listening to music, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things.

Give this link a try for low volume on your Galaxy Buds+: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/

If you are still experiencing these symptoms after trying the troubleshooting provided, I would recommend an accessory exchange. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

You can start by increasing the volume on the buds themselves by pressing and holding the right ear bud.

You may have just gotten a faulty pair, I would just send them back to be replaced or bring them back to the store you got them.
