I have just unboxed my Galaxy Buds Plus, and when I connected it to my phone(Note 10 plus), via the Galaxy Wearable app, the left earbud just did not connect. At all. No matter what I tried. I reseted it multipule times, re-installed the app, re-connected bluetooth, cleared the apps' data, tried to long press the touchpad but everything just didn't work. Only one earbud connects.
Please help me solve this, the buds are BRAND NEW.
