Galaxy buds plus right ear dud not connecting

Hi,

I just purchased the first buds for me from Samsung (Galaxy Buds Plus) .  The right ear bud is not connecting.

I tried many solutions for about 4 hours but faild to get it connected.

Please advice

In having the exact same problem for both of my new Galaxy ear bud +, both my finance and i's newly opened right ear buds won't work at all

Give these guides for connecting the earbuds a try and let us know if the issue is helped by them:

 

Some common troubleshooting for this type of issue is cleaning the pins / case with alcohol, trying a different charger, base and outlet, and resetting the earbuds.
