Hi ! I have galaxy buds 3 pro and I use them daily with a galaxy s22. I got them a couple months ago and had almost no problem with them (I say almost because I got the occasional "stutter" when my phone was in my pokcket but I had the same issue with the galaxy buds 2 with the same phone). But now it's been 2 months already that, when using my phone while connected to the buds, they would just glitch or crackle aaaallll the time, almost like if they can't handle the work or something. They are almost unusable when I want to use my phone for even the smallest things. The stutter I experienced while my phone is in my pocket also got a lot worse but it's less of a problem than the other issue. I just found out that there is no problem without the active noise canceling. Is there a way to fix it ? Is that an issue with a new phone update I got or a new earbuds update ?
