Galaxy buds pro When one bud is used.

Case not plugged in to mains

1 bud fully charged. 100%

1 bud 64% charged.

The bud will not charge when both buds are back in the charging case, possibly due to the software seeing that one bud is fully charged at 100%.

I tested this with my left bud and then

my right. Only resolved when plugged in to mains power.  This has got to be a software issue.

Can this please be fixed as I regularly use one ear bud at a time.

Here is another one it stopped charging. Is this a software issue or is this hardware?

Have you attempted to reset the buds? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085
