Galaxy buds pro not working

I am putting the earbuds into pairing mode holding on both of them until I hear that radar sound. Then it appears on the options to pair. I press pair and this message pops up. Now I can't use my galaxy buds at all any solutions??

The pairing button is on the bottom of the case.

Issue was solved just had to reset network settings
