Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this is. Regretfully, if the Buds are able to connect to the Wearables app, it is recommended to have them evaluated by a certified technician. Please send a private message with the full model code and the serial number from the bottom o the charging cradle. http://bit.ly/2XERsky
