Galaxy buds + right bud volume is really low

I have tried all the things online I can find. But none of them are working. I'm not sure what to do with it now.

have you went into the app? and made sure your accidental touch is off.if its on,it could be preventing you from changing the volume.just a thought

I don't see that in my app. i am using a LG G8 phone.

oh ok.I am sorry,I thought u had the Samsung gear app with a Samsung phone.I am not sure then.Cant u call customer service with the Samsung buds?
