Galaxy buds too quiet?

I have a Samsung s20 note and I unable to do anything other discussion threads suggested like going into my Bluetooth settings and updating it in advanced settings. Are there any other solutions? I have tried everything I can think of.

go to settings/ sounds and vibration/volume/ touch 3 dots top right touch drop down media volume limits increase volume limit. Good luck

That's not the issue. It's the fact that I owned them for a month and now they are much quieter than normal. The media volume limits are set up fine.
