DO NOT turn on hearing enhancements for the galaxy pro bud 4's if not needed as it will create an issue where you need to remove and reinsert the earbud for the other person to hear you properly
For your galaxy pro bud 4 there is an option In the accessibility menu that allows "hearing enhancements " ie: louder ambient sound or louder voices when in front of you, with these options enabled everytime you receive a call or send out a call upon the other person answering, they will not be able to hear you well (if at all) until you take out your ear buds from your ear and place them back in, however this is not a issue otherwise
Thank you for reaching out, misty_blindz. I can certainly understand your concern with the buds needing to be unpaired and repaired in order for the other person to hear you. Just to clarify, have you tried resetting the buds to see if you still experience these symptoms?
What type of device do you have your Galaxy Buds 4 Pro paired with when you are experiencing these symptoms?
