I put both buds to charge in the case, came back 2 hours and only the left one was fully charged. I left right earbud in there for another 2 hours n still no charge and the galaxy wearables app just shows an exclamation point for the right ear bud.

This seems to be a product issue, I am seeing a lot of questions.  The problem is none of the solutions I see work.  The solutions are more about connecting, not about charging.

I received my earbuds as a gift for Christmas 2019.  This was after my first pair was stolen.  I absolutely love them and use them a lot for calls since work has gone remote during COVID-19.  Two days ago, they were dead when I went to use them, because I left them out.  I charged them all morning yesterday and the right works fine.

The charger shows green on the front.  With both earbuds in the charger, the light on the inside went green.  My first call was only the right side.  I put the left one in the case and the light turned red.  I thought maybe the left one was not seated properly and charged the left one alone, but the inside light never turned green.

Any ideas?

Hello@userC5ZzwWm9wY

There are many reasons you could be experiencing these symptoms.

Have you had a software update to your Galaxy buds recently?

- If yes, check to see if you have 2 different software version on your Galaxy buds

Galaxy Wearable apps > Click Top left 3dot > About Galaxy Wearable > check the version

 Galaxy Wearable version 2.2.30.20031361

Galaxy Buds Plugin version 1.4.20042451

Have you tried clearing the cache and data for the Galaxy wearable app?

Setting > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Clear data , Clear Cache

clearing the galaxy buds cache and data in apps helped

Setting > Apps > Galaxy Buds > Storage > Clear data , Clear Cache

I would recommend trying to connect your buds individually to see if you can connect your the bud that is experiencing these symptoms.

If your phone cannot connect to one or both of your Galaxy Buds or Gear IconX, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue.

Thanks for your input.  Unfortunately, following those steps do not fix the issue.  Like I said in the beginning, this IS NOT a connectivity issue.  The left ear bud does not charge.  I followed all your steps and the Wearable app says, "You're All Set!".  But looking at the left side, the battery goes to 0% (Red) and then an exclamation mark goes over the left earbud on the app.

I am going to assume that the changes are going to let the left side charge and check again in a few hours.

I performed all of the requested steps and charged them for 4 hours.  They still show no power and do not charge.

I know you asked for the ear buds cradle, but imissed placed it and i'm unable to find it. I had to buy a compatible charger on amazon, the left earbud charged two time in the new cradle and then did not want to charge. my right one continues to charge with no problem. so i'm unable to send the serial number you said it is on the bottom of the cradle. Is there another way of getting the serial number. I know the new cradle did not cause the problem, since it seems that this buds have this commun issue accornding to all the masseges i seen in this page from diferent users.

Hello we bought Galaxy Buds in December for a Christmas present.  The left one stop charging today.  The charger cradle lights up when either or both buds are in the cradle.  These are very minimally used. The wearables app sees the left bud as 0% charged.  It won't allow us to update the firmware.  That needs both buds connected.
