I got this device in 2018 with my galaxy s9. I hardly used it due to this issue of getting disconnected aytomatically. Even after two years, when I use it with galaxy A40e with lates updates in both IconX and phone, it has same issue. Any solution to this? It looks like we just received a defective product in offer?
