Galaxy BudsI just got a pair of the IconX headphones and they paired succesfully when I first opened them. I was switching the main earbud from right to the left and the Gear Manger App shut down unexpectedly. Ever since I have not been able to connect by earbuds to each other nor the phone. The Gear Manager wont pick them up, the bluetooth wont pick them up. I cant reset them via the app becuase they arent found. I've reset them manually several times. I've followed the troubleshooting steps on the website but still no connection. All I get when I first put them in my ear and press to see if I can manually put them in pairing mode (even though I know thats not how its done) is to please insert the main earbud to access this feature. The same thing happens to both earbuds, which leads me to believe that at this point neither is the main earbud and therefore unable to connect to any device. If anyone knows how to set these earbuds into pairing mode that would be great...besides keeping them in your ear or putting them back in the case as the website mentions. Sorry for the long message but I tried to put as much info as possible. Thanks in advance. ( Looking to maybe replace these with the Powerbeats3 :( although I love all my Samsung gadgets!)

Galaxy BudsNot sure if you solved your problem but I was having the same issue until I realized that the previous phone that the earbuds were connected to was still picking them up on bluetooth and was not letting me sync to my new phone. Total bonehead move but I'm glad I finally firgured it out. Good luck!

Galaxy BudsHad the same problem and just figured it out..... connect the case with the ear buds in to your pc, go into the files and click on the gear iconx manager icon and it will install to your computer and to your desktop...after that u can update your information and click the "more option in the left corner then click device information and you can put in wich ear buds you want to connect to the Bluetooth after you do that it should work

Galaxy BudsI had the same problem. Tried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No luck. Figured out the sensors are very sensitive and won't sense they are in your ear unless pushed in and back far enough. Works great now.

Galaxy BudsHi to everyone,
Unfortunately I have formated the samsung IconX and all files was deleted from the storage, including the MUSIC Folder and so on. After this I can not save and play Music files from the storage, Gear Manager says that the storage is full, but it is not correct, Storage is empty.
Please help me, if someone knows what can I do ?
P.S. after the formating the names fo IconX_L and IconX_R was also deleted and now is named as untiteled folders
