PC or MAC gear Iconx manager will not work, I am unable to manage the songs on my GEar Iconx 2018, what can i do? (i already did a reset)

On the charging capsule where the charger plugs into the back there is a little button with a tiny Bluetooth icon next to it. Push and hold that for a few seconds and it'll start the pairing process.

I to am having this issue left earplug was blinking red cleanee connection with Qtip now i get soild red light which should mean its charging? The case back light is green right plug light is green , hit bluetooth button on back to connect to phone nothing tried for hours , used galaxy s7 edge , galaxy s6, tab s3 , tab A , doesnt show up on any of the bluetooths , tried uninstalling gear app nothing , hook up to computer and wont connect says on earplug is not in which it is and it has red light on that side hit the reset button on both right responds left nothing as if its 100% dead
