Has anyone else with Galaxy buds Pro's noticed this?

I've been experiencing this for a few weeks but every once in a while my earbuds will start charging again, but for 98% of the time my earbuds will not charge in the case. The case is at 100% but the earbuds can be vastly different charge levels and the case won't charge either of them! I'm so confused. I've tried cleaning them and the case and nothing has been working to actually fix the problem.

Just bring your proof of purchase if the device is still under the standard Samsung warranty.

Okay, so I took a guitar pick and opened the case and disconnected and reconnected the battery ribbon cable and now they charge just fine 😂, now the only thing i gotta try and figure out is the leds
