Have the same since my ex bought them in 2019. I put them away and just decided yesterday to give it a other try. Same issue the right side gets a solid redight then it goes to solid green then it starts back flashing red and will not connect or receive an update.
I have had numerous conversations with Samsung reps who still has not pointed me im the direction of getting them fixed. I threw away my receipts just last month so since I can't provide them with it I was told they cannot help me. I thought about just throwing them away due to the right bud not working.
