Galaxy Buds Live don't not fit my ears, I called and sleeves were sent, they still fall out. BUT since it was over the holidays and shipping was slow (3 weeks to get them) I am now over the 30 days and cannot return them. Innovative tech that works with most ears and the holidays should extend the return policy (like every other major retailer)? Especially since this year was the worst it's ever been.
Multiple calls, no further help, and left with $144 product that I can't use. Thanks @samsung
