Left Earbud Almost no Sound

Recently the left earbud on my glalxybuds has had little to no sound, althouhg it still responds to touch no amount of cleaning or disconnecting/reconnecting seems to fix it. Any help would be appriciated.

Same thing here. Not dead, but even with phone's sound shifted almost all the way left, the overall sound is still right heavy.

So I had the exact same issue with my left ear bud. I called Samsung and they told me I was out of warranty...which was correct. However, I asked them if they have received many calls with the same issue and they said yes they have. I asked that question because my online research showed many others having issues with one of the buds getting super quiet out of nowhere. After they said it was out of warranty I asked of that was gonna be the end of it...product just fails and I'm out of luck due to being a few months out of warranty. I explained to the rep that I really dig Samsung and that my S10 and S7 were the best devices I've ever owned. I also explained that not only do I own samsung phones and ear buds but I also own a Samsung TV, Microwave, and washing machine...and that my next appliance was most likely going to be a Samsung. After that I was on hold for about an hour. Then the rep came back and said they would stand behind the product and grant me a repair or replacement as a courtesy. It would seem there is something failing on these buds...be persistent if you know that you are taking care of your device. Don't just give up because you might be out of warranty. To their credit, the repair was extremely swift and they are working great. they also replaced the rubber that I had installed originally and sent the remaining tips and wings as well. Good luck to anyone else having this same issue.
