Left earbud Charge issue

My left Samsung earbud loses charge quick. Both start at 100%, by the time the right goes to about 80% and left would be at 0%

Thank you for reaching out. Try placing both earbuds in the charging cradle and charging them to 100%. Then try a factory reset through the Wearables app. If the earbud continues to drain quickly, service would be recommended.
