Left earbud no longer charges

Lightly used Galaxy Buds purchased 5-2020 from Amazon

Model Name	SAMSM-R170NZSAXAR

Left earbud no longer charges or turns on.  Resetting has no effect.

Right earbud is fine.

Any idea what to do?
