I got these 2 months ago, working great, then the left bud stopped taking a charge. I've tried resetting, restarting the buds. I would like to update them, but samsung only lets you update if both are detected. If I would just get a solution I can do in the comfort of my own home without having to ship to samsung, please let me know.
