I'm hoping someone can please help me. My pink ear buds suddenly had no volume at all - could barely hear anything. They are clean, I let them go to zero battery and recharged, I disconnected from my phone, I did a factory reset, turned off the ambient sound several times and I can still hardly hear any music. I'm 60 years old and this is quite confusing, can't find anywhere to get help from Samsung. I bought them in 2019 so I'm sure there is no warrantly left, and I've had nothing but problems with them. Very discouraging. I have it set to auto updates, is it possible that a new update has caused me to lose volume? At this point I'm about to throw them in the garbage, advise everyone I know not to buy them, and buy a pair of Apple ear buds because I'm so upset 😞 Any assistance would be much appreciated.
