I've cleaned. Updated software, charged box and Buds and still I'm coming through as a robot. Hasn't been a year yet since my purchase. I'm so disappointed and there is no other Buds like my Rose colored buds.. I've upgraded my phone as well and still same issue. Ughhh..I'm so frustrated..please helllppp.. I heard that the wearable isn't covered under warranty.. thought Samsung was official, didn't think I needed to purchase warranty when I brought them..

You should still be under manufacturers warranty.. try to run the adapt sound from settings
