My Galaxy Buds + stopped connecting to my Laptop. It shows up as paired, but it can't connect. This has only been an issue since early august, and I've had them for around 4 months before then. Do you have any idea on what to do? I've tried getting it serviced, but Samsung says that they don't have any locations near me. It's still within warranty so can I return it and get a refund?
