My left ear buds not working

Just opened my ear buds + today put them to charge, however the right one fully charge but the left one refuse to charge at all  I tried many times but same problem persisted.

I tried many resets and many times to remove the device and repairing it but no way

Any solution please!!!!!

I had to send mine in. They will replace them.

Try discounnecting earbuds from app. Then completely disconnect them from your phone within the Bluetooth settings. Uninstall the wearable app. Restart your device. Reinstall the wearable app. Update if needed. Then connect your Galaxy Buds to the wearable app. Not within the Bluetooth settings. The app will automatically do it for you. Hope this helps! If not I recommend contacting Samsung support for a replacement.
