Just bought Galaxy Buds Plus and installed with my S10+. The sound quality is flat and tinny, with a little constant static in the background. I turned off Ambient Sound and the static mostly went away, but the poor sound quality remained. I reset the buds but no change. I read Samsung help and tried what makes sense given these are brand new but there is no change and not sure what else to do or maybe there is a flaw.
Any suggestions before I return them?
