No "Media Volume Sync" on my S10 to fix Galaxy Buds volume issue

I have an S10 that my Gear Watch and Galaxy Buds are connected to through the Gear Wearable App.  My Buds are EXTREMELY quiet (trying to play music from apps on phone), and none of the solutions posted on other threads fixes the volume.  My phone doesn't have the "Media Volume Sync" in the connections advanced menu.  I saw one Samsung reply asking if there was a watch AND buds connected, but there was no follow up.... is there something specific I need to do because I have both?

Im with this guy.. instead of both - its just my right one not working. 

Things ive already tried:

Reset Ear Buds

Disconnect and Reconnect Earbuds

Volume Up/Down set to earbud control

Restart phone 

 

These Headphones were $130 and worked fine til the last update.
