One Galaxy Bud Stopped Working

I’ve had my pair of Galaxy Bud for about a year. They’ve been working great, until the other day. I was using them one day, and they were fine; the next day I went to put them in and the left one is totally dead. It doesn’t play anything, it doesn’t seem to be connecting, it does nothing when I tap the touchpad. It does seem to be charging when I put it in the case, but even after charging for hours, nothing happened. The right one is still perfect.

Sounds like it's covered in earwax underneath. Get a needle and pull the top mesh part up, you should be able to clean it from there

I am sorry to hear of only one bud working, and can understand the frustration that comes along with it. Sometimes, it may simply need to be fully charged and re-paired to your device.
