As the subject says, this is my third time having the right Galaxy Bud become severely quiet with my S10+ (and my windows laptop). I have fixed them before by fiddling with the settings in the wearable app. However, nothing is seeming to work this time. My theory based on the previous successful attempts to fix it is that it has to do with ambient sound. The first time I fixed them it happened when I changed the tap and hold setting to "volume up". The second fix was the same setting being set to something related to ambient sound (can't remember which exactly). Makes sense to me that maybe the right Bud is stuck in quick ambient (without having the microphone on)? Any help would be great... Maybe confirmation that this bug is getting attention?

The left bud over time got noticeable quiet after a couple months of use. This is the second time it happened

but, none of it worked.
I was able to exchange them for a new pair the first time, but it happened again. I'm starting to wonder if this is common in the galaxy buds.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Have you reset the buds?
Can I have your full model code, serial number, and firmware version of the buds via private message?
My galaxy buds are still under warranty and the left ear stop working .. I ear the sound only extremely low .. the right bud works fine.
I have tried all the troubleshooting step possible .. still nothing .. I have sound on the right side .. but super low on the left ..
i want to send them in for repair or replacement .. how do I proceed ?
