Hello user5PhSVAlwxn,
Hope all is well. I have noticed you have tried all the necessary steps to getting this solved, and I'm sorry it is not working out for you.
My suggestion would be to directly call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864)
Reach out the a representative and let them know that you want to send your device in for service as the sound is louder on one bud than the other. You will need to submit a valid proof of purchase via text message in order for them to process this request, and it typically takes 10-14 business days of a turnaround time for you to receive them back. They will provide you with all the instructions if you call them directly. They will also ask for the serial number of the device so please be sure to have that handy, usually it is on the bottom of the charging case/or original box.
Please let me know if there is anything else you need help with. Have a wonderful day and stay safe!

I'm sorry your having issues with sound. Your best bet is to contact samsung directly 1800-726-7864. If they are not able to fix it they may be able to replace them possibly. I cannot guarantee they will automatically send you new ones but it would be your best bet. The length of time to get the replacement would be decided on the phone call. So I would let them know its urgent. If the buds are under warranty still then you will have a much shorter phone call and they should send them in a timely fashion.

Hello user5pHSVAlwXN,
I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-ocurring.
My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Take care and stay well!

Hi,
I'm having issues where the right side galaxy wireless bud and wired AKG earbud are very very quiet. I find it weird that it's happened to both within a month of each other. How do I fix the issue? Seen this mentioned alot by others and finding the fix is hard?
Any help appreciated.
James

Since both are showing the same thing, I would suspect the sound balance setting.

Hi LongHiker,
I have already tried that. It is set to an equal balance so that doesn't seem to be the issue.
Many thanks,
James.

Have you tried both pairs of earbuds on another device?

I had me Samsung Galaxy buds for about 3 months, but then randomly one day my left bud went very very quite. I can barely hear the music. While the right one works perfectly fine. I didnt ever drop them in water or anything. What do I need to do?

Right ear bud is really quiet even when the volume is %100. The left works perfectly fine. How do I solve this?
