I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+

I have tried to clean and reset and did everything I could to get the right earbud louder, but it wasn't working. Compared to the left earbud, its muted and might as well have not listened to anything at all. Any help?

Hello! Thank you for being a part of the community! I could understand this would be frustrating having one bud quieter than the other. Could you please send me the model number and serial number for your Galaxy Buds in a private message so I can assist you further? https://bit.ly/2SUXRar

I know you said you have done everything but have you tried putting your phone volume at max then increasing earbud volume all the way because for some reason the earbud volume commands are different from the phone volume.

I've had my galaxy bud plus' for only a week or so and my left ear bud suddenly went very very quiet. Still connects and everything. I tried cleaning it but no change.

Have you tried unpairing and doing a factory reset?

Hello,

I have had my Galaxy Buds since around September last year, and since January the right earbud has been quieter than the left.

I have tried, unpairing, re-pairing, resetting, turning on and off dynamic equaliser, restarting my phone and updating my phone software, with none of these methods seeming to work.

Is there any other methods that may work, or are my earbuds faulty?

Thanks

Hi Parsnip,

Here’s a link with a few more troubleshooting steps.

If that still doesn’t work I’d recommend PMing a @SamsungModerator to see what options are available for you.
