Had these shortly after launch and having problems with the right earbud being significantly lower in volume then the left ear, making music while working out with both in my ear very annoying.

Galaxy BudsI know this has been posted here before, but I was hoping for a resolution.
The left bud is <50% of the volume of the right bud. I have cleaned them, reset them, re-paired the bluetooth. I can adjust the L/R balance in the audio settings but that is only a workaround and does not apply to calls. This issue happens whether I connect them to my phone, my tablet, or my laptop.
They are still under warranty and to start a service request the digital service request page tells me to call 1-800-SAMSUNG. When I call the only option it gives me is to go to a store 30 miles away during a lockdown.
I chatted with a Samsung Expert and was told unless I can walk into a Samsung service center there is nothing that can be done. Please help.

Galaxy BudsThe right earbud is extremely quite, but the left is normal. I have attempted all the suggestions on this message board. Syncing and unsyncing, the touch and hold volumn up, going into modify the bluetooth setting, and cleaning the mesh. Nothing has worked.
Please help!

Galaxy BudsHello!
I can understand wanting to hear your audio equally on both buds. After performing the troubleshooting if your buds are still experiencing the symptoms, could you please provide me with your model and serial number for your buds in a private message so I can assist you further. https://bit.ly/2SUXRar

Galaxy BudsHello,
I am sorry you have tried all the troubleshooting steps to get this issue solved with your buds and the problem is still re-ocurring.
My suggestion is to call 1800-SAMSUNG (1800-726-7864). Once you call them, try to reach a representative and have the valid proof of purchase handy and the serial number of the device. Let them know you want to mail in the buds for service and they will email you a UPS shipping label and give you the proper instructions on how to do this process. It typically takes 7-14 business days for you to receive them back. The serial number and the proof of purchase is typically what is needed as long as the device was purchased less than a year ago.
If you have any questions, please let us know.

Galaxy BudsIf you have warranty you are eligible to request for a replacement. For replacement , you need to call Samsung, the hotline is indicated in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/. The number is going to be listed on that link, call that number and speak to a representative. Please be sure to have the proof of purchase handy because you will have to submit that. They will provide you with a UPS shipping label and will give you all of the instructions.

Galaxy BudsI've had my galaxy buds for almost a month now. I purchased from best buy.
Model SM-R175
About a week ago my right earbud became almost silent. I've tried adjusting the balance in my note10 and it worked for a little bit but now it's back to almost nothing. I've tried impairing them, resetting them, updating the app and headphones. Nothings working so far. I have read through other posts with no luck.
Anyone have a fix for this?

Galaxy BudsHope all is well user5pHSVALwXN
other than your ear bud issue
There are some possible issues that might be causing it such as:
- Blockage in the Output of the Bud on the speaker grill causing a lower or muffled sound.
- Water may have seeped in causing internal damage to device.
- The bud itself isn’t calibrated properly
I suggest calling 1-800-Samsung for a mail in repair, if you are under warranty and no physical damage was done to the unit it should be an easy fix. But if you are not there may be a do the repair
*Make sure your galaxy wearables software is up to date*
I hope you found this information useful.

Galaxy BudsHi, try resetting the buds and updating the wearable app. Then reconnect them and that should've solved it. If not give 1800SAMSUNG a call and you will ship put the buds and Samsung customer service should be giving you further instruction if they can be fixed or replaced with a new pair.
