My buds have worked well for the better part of the past several months. Recently though, the right bud is very quiet. In addition, it will not charge from the case alone. It has to be plugged in or sitting on a wireless charging pad. I have tried all the solutions listed throughout this thread and many others to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

My right galaxy ear bud will not connect nor does it appear in my galaxy wearables app. I have tried disconnecting, fully charging, uninstalling and reinstalling. It will not allow me update them as both buds have to be connected and it does not show at all.
