I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+

Toothbrush (stiffer bristle one) and rubbing alcohol worked for me, scrubbed grille really well then used one of the apps for cleaning speaker. Just dont use the app while in your ear, put finger over sensor so it thinks it's in ear.

I am having the same issue and still haven't figured out how to fix it. It just went really quiet, like it can still hear things but it isn't as loud as it was in the beginning.

Right side earbud has very low volume even when the volume control is on high, left side works perfectly fine. This problem came up all of a sudden after using it everyday for a month. Tried all the basic troubleshooting, help needed.
