I've been having issues with my right Galaxy Bud, no matter what I try the volume still remains significantly lower than the left Bud. I've noticed other customers have had the same issue.

Have you tried to put on the right earbud only and call, listen to music and increase volume? Then have 2 earbuds connected and see if maybe the right earbud's volume was not in sync with the other

I am having the same issue. We have two sets of the Galaxy Buds with two S10 phones. This is only happening on mine. I have gone through the troublshooting steps, but it still has almost no volume in the right ear.

Hello, after the last update for the Galaxy Earbuds, I noticed the Right Earbud is so low I can bart hear out of it. I wanted to know has anyone else had this issue? If not, why does the Earbud not work?

I was thinking of getting a pair. Is it even worth it?

There's nothing wrong with it, you need to clean it. I have a pair of 2018s my left ear was so.dirty I had to remove the screen altogether
