Hey, give this a shot: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/
Have you tried cleaning the earbuds? Can you reset the buds?
I just had the same problem and I realized it was due to wax built up in the mesh speaker. I used the little alcohol wipes to throughly clean it and now the volume is back to normal.
I've had my galaxy buds since about June of 2019, and they have been great, but they started having an issue. The left bud is much more quiet than the right. I have changed the sound balance in settings, but I feel like it's just covering up the issue, plus it just can't go as loud in general. All input is appreciated.
Thank you for reaching out. Have you also tried resetting the buds through the Wearables app? Please send a private message with the full model code, serial number, and software version so I may look into this further. http://bit.ly/2XERsky
For my Galaxy buds, the normal volume is only coming through the right earbuds that the left one has really poor volume. I already did some of the troubleshooting options such as looking at the media sync button. I don't know what to do.
