Hello community! So,I bought a Galaxy Buds Plus pair in the end of july. Everything worked fine, till a few weeks ago, when the right bud, suddenly stopped working. I mean, I couldn't connect it to my phone.(must mention that I don't own a Samsung phone). I tried many solutions, like resetting from the Wearables App (it doesn't work because I need to have both buds connected) ,or by pressing the buds pads for 7 seconds to reset it. Nothing worked.
I also saw, that when the bud it's in the case, the red light is on. So i thought "ok,maybe it's uncharged",3 hours I let it in the case, and still red light is on.
The left is working properly.
I will also attach a photo so you can see how it looks in the Wearables App.
This is how it looks in the Wearables App.It has that "!" Sign.

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out I can understand doing so experiencing this symptom. You have tried some great troubleshooting steps so far, I would recommend unpairing and repairing your buds from the Wearables app and Bluetooth menu after clearing the cache and data from the Wearables App. You can do this by navigating to Settings>Apps>Wearables App>(Force Stop the app)>Storage, from here you can clear the cache and data.
If you are still experiencing this symptom after performing this, I would recommend getting your device evaluated by a technician to diagnose and repair your symptom. I would be happy to look into service options for you. Could you please provide me with the model and serial number for your Galaxy buds in a private message to do so? https://bit.ly/2SUXRar
Let me know if this helps!
